Extremely through and explained the test results immediately with me. I would highly recommend RW Petruso if you are having any hearing problems."

"After paying in full for my hearing aids then waiting for a month I was informed today there was a billing mistake and I owed an additional $500 before the hearing aids would be shipped. I have a receipt but RW Petruso claims they are not at fault and my issue I’d with Ampliton the supplier of the hearing aids. I finally asked for a full refund and waiting for them to work this through Ampliton. Petruso actually said I must seek refund myself from the supplier. Petruso did the transaction but wants nothing to do with rectifying the problem. My confidence in this business is gone and will seek refund to be used at another audiologist. My advice, stay clear of this one."
