"If I could give negative stars, I would. I made a reservation for Mother's Day about a week beforehand and everything was fine. When we arrived, we were seated, but waited for about a half hour for drinks. When we went to order, we were informed that nearly all the food was gone because they had been serving walk-ins instead. We left and went somewhere in Alliance instead. Will NEVER be back, even though we live just a few minutes away. I've been to hundreds and hundreds of restaurants across the globe, and was NEVER treated like this. POOR management all around."

"If I could give ZERO stars for everything, I would. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We waited an hour and half for our food (apparently, everyone did). Did not get refills on our drinks. She forgot to bring our bread until I asked 45 minutes after we got there. When I asked for something to be taken off the bill because of our wait, she came back and told us she couldn't because other people started asking for the same thing (because they also waited) and that we were told we would wait. We were NOT told that. The shrimp was almost burnt. The carpet was filthy. The wallpaper was scotch taped together. We asked for boxes and the boxes came before our food. I said very loudly that we would never go back to a table of five people who had been waiting an hour and only had drinks. It says under New Management which kind of seems like a joke to me. If this is how this place is managed now what was the old management like? Again do not waste your time or money."

"Decent food we did stand at the counter for like 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge us. I had the seafood broiled platter and it was pretty darn good my only comment was the baked potatoes was a lil dried out. She had the walleye and wasn’t pleased that it was served in a platter of butter. Overall we would give this place a try again."

"Hats off to the new owners and everyone who works at Ben’s. The food and service has been amazing since new owners took over. The bar seems to be always busy and full whenever I stop in. Crystal, Karen, Jess and Rachel are great behind the bar. They are best bar tenders in town! Thanks to all who work at Ben’s. Keep it up."

"First let me say Crystal is an amazing bartender. Not only does she kick butt managing her bar, but she caters to her customers amazingly! Seafood combo always a favorite, but honestly everything I’ve ever tried at Ben’s was excellent. The fresh bread loaf with hot peppers and melted cheese is so good… can’t go wrong there. Can’t wait to go back again."
