"This dunkin is the worst. The quality of the food and beverages here is much worse than the other locations, they always get my order wrong, and sometimes the service is just bad. I once ordered a bacon grilled cheese and they somehow forgot to put the bacon on it. I brought it back and they gave me attitude for it. Another time I was picking up an iced coffee for my wife and it was the wrong flavor. I went back and they tried charging me for another one. The most recent time I went, I ordered a 25 count munchkin assorted between glazed, chocolate glazed, and jelly filled. They informed me that they don’t carry jelly filled at that location for whatever reason. So I just ordered it with glazed and chocolate glazed. After paying, they give them to me all smushed up in a bag rather than the box they normally come in. Already upset about this, I try a few and they tasted terrible. I ended up checking out the Dunkin on Mahoning Ave, just a mile away, and got much better service in all areas. It’s a real shame that they put a Dunkin on this side of Austintown so it’s more convenient for the residents and this is the service we get from it. You might as well just not even put it there because I’m never going to this Dunkin again. I’m just driving the extra mile to go to the MUCH better Dunkin. Highly not recommend!!"

"You guys rip me off everytime I door dash. HOW DO YALL MISS THE FACT THAT I ORDERED A WHOLE BAGEL AND YALL GAVE ME A DONUT. I know sometimes mistakes are made I get it but it has been everyday for a whole week. Not once did yall get my order right. There ain’t no way it’s DoorDash messing it up. Door dash is expensive but I love ordering dunkin your food is always good especially this Dunkin. But even the coffee has tasted like old milk. Please fix the problems. Also I only got $4.50 back from DoorDash. But yall messed up my drink and the bagel."

"I have been to A LOT of Dunkin's as I am kind of a fanatic and this one is by far (tied) for the best. I am usually here during the early morning rush and they are so efficient I am in and out whether it's the deive through or inside and it is always right. This is one of two out of the many I have frequented that stir the coffee completely. I know, it sounds petty, but it isn't that hard for 3$ a coffee and almost all of the others I've visited there is sugar at the bottom of the cup at least 50% of the time. No matter who makes it it's done right."
