"Overall these providers (at least mine) don't seem to care about your female issues, and are there to get you in and out. I saw CNM Kara Johnston for years as my first OB provider. I complained of heavy periods among chronic pelvic pain and other concerning issues while on nexplanon (the birth control she recommended, which my new doctor is recommending I get off immediately) for over a YEAR. After months of pain I would return to her complaining of the same issues, and she brushed me off each time, with poor bedside manner. They never ran any tests or swabbed for anything to figure out the issues I was having, yet charged me a $50 copay for each visit where she gave no help. Upon my FIRST VISIT with an MD at OhioHealth, they swabbed me, and found I had multiple infections in my pelvis and uterus, causing possible infertility and chronic pelvic pain. They were astonished at the lack of care I received at HerHealth after complaining of my issues for so long. Just another healthcare establishment that will brush off women's health concerns. Extremely disappointing."

"I LOVE Dr Zochowski. I have been seeing her about 15 years. She listens, and MAKES SURE you are comfortable talking. I am one who really isn't comfortable talking about this topic, but to her, it's so easy. The good, the bad and the ugly, she has seen it all(2 kids, not being able to get pregnant, and a few scares, I have experienced it all with her! (And to top it off, her brother actually saved my husband's life.- I LOVE this FAMILY, and no not a family friend, he just ended up being his surprise surgeon, and I thank the LORD my family's health is in their hands. And should I also mention, I have a few friends who ALWAYS talk up Dr Z, one friend kept on having miscarriages(under other OBGYNS), and she just successfully had full term baby(BEING SEEN BY Dr. Zochowski!!!!)"

"I chose this place because Dr Doyle delivered my daughter 16 years ago and loved her. So when I was filling out my paperwork to start I was told I would have to pay an out of pocket which I did. Towards the end they stopped having me make payments. Well after my delivery I was sent a bill for $1060.19 and was confused because they said anything that was left would be absorbed with my hospital bill. This was not the case. So then I was out of work and when I did go back it was part time and all I could do is pay $20 a week but that wasn't enough for them they wanted full payment and sent it to collections. I loved my doctor but all they care about is getting paid. So I will be finding a new doctor."

"BEWARE before scheduling, the SCHEDULERS DO NOT CHECK your insurance coverage screening eligibility. Most physician’s offices do know eligibility requirements. At appointment I filled out paperwork quickly and MY MISTAKE I did not read the whole page about medicare advantage your last exam was_____ I just signed it quickly at the bottom. Why couldn’t they mention verbally at front desk about that form? Or if front desk knew about my last appointment and was too soon and to provide a form why did scheduling not verbally mention my last appt. and disclose it was too soon for an 2 yr annual wellness exam and not schedule the appointment? READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN. I wouldn’t have signed it and declined appt. Called Billing but you have to leave message. Too many bad reviews about billing dept. Had trouble with billing in the past, but liked Dr. Doyle. Wendy the office manager was not very understanding and was very curt and rude. Will not be returning to this practice. Am Out $266 when I could have gone in 5 months - Jan 2023 and exam been covered."

"I went for my annual check up ( pap) to them wanting more tests and more visits. Well I got the bill, and had to make payments, trying to pay off my medical bills with what I was working with, I got my check returned stating your payment went to collections ($147.) last check written $47 and pay the creditor and I will not be a patient there again. I was surprised knowing I was paying something every month. But I understand wealth over health with this clinic."
