"There are a lot of stores that are unrelated to one another in fact there's some distance in between most of them. The place is dark and dreary and almost unapproachable. The entryway is not distinctive enough. In fact there are several entrances and all of them are difficult to see. There are no divisions throughout the parking lot, so it is treated as a raceway. Most people drive straight across the whole entire parking lot. It's a shame, because there are a lot of good stores in this plaza it just needs a bit of love. Maybe some shrubbery...."

"Good stores, I use the UPS store almost weekly, unfortunately they do not have handicap parking and I have to go up a cutlrb with my wheelchair as even their lowest area has a defect. Only place I can park is next to a dirty dumpster. If they had a VA accessible space where I do not have to wait sometimes 20 minutes or more to get in my van because someone parked next to my ramp, I would give them 5 stars"
