"Unprofessional receptionist! New to the area, I called to book an appointment for migraines. The receptionist yelled at me and then later yelled at my insurance representative. Regardless of the question, the receptionist just repeated “office policy is you must have a referral.” Their own website states “the referring physician or your primary care doctor.” Fortunately, my insurance company quickly connected me to an experienced neurologist with an excellent administrative staff and I was able to book a timely appointment."

I highly recommend her for migraine and vestibular migraine patients. I knocked one star off because of the front desk. Their system is in dire need of an update. Feels like traveling back to 1996."
