"I have seen Dr Cash a few times over the years and he has always been great, I went today and saw his PA and he was great but the nurse Rosetta I believe was her name ( the nurse that took me to the room ) was is so cold and so rude I was in tears by the time she left the room. The first thing she asked me was if I was a smoker? no hello….no nothing ( yes I have battled a smoking addiction for years and have quit and restarted several times ) she basically tossed a stop smoking pamphlet at me and told me I wouldn’t get any help until I stop smoking…. After that I felt like she don’t listen to or care what I had to say ….due to the nature of my visit I was already upset and nervous to begin with and had waited about 40 minutes …. The way she treated me, I truly felt attacked I wanted to say to her Do you have any bad habits or are you perfect ?? I know smoking is very unhealthy but there is NO REASON to belittle anyone for their addiction. Because of today I will NEVER return to Dr Cash office !!"

"Front office staff and nurse were great. Unfortunately, the PA made me feel like just a body rather than a human being. The appt was very rushed and I felt like he didn't want me there. Didn't meet the Dr, which apparently doesn't occur unless a surgery is scheduled. I was not offered any photos of previous work. I was told someone would call in a week or so after submitting for insurance auth. No call in three weeks so I called. I've left four messages and no one calls back. Found out nothing has been submitted to my insurance company at all. Not a good experience at all."

"Recently met Dr. Cash and his staff. They are all absolutely amazing! He was very kind and explained everything from my first visit to the last visit after surgery. I hope to never need him again, but if I should I would find comfort in seeing him again."
