"This is the second day in a row of getting home with a coolata and it tasting absolutely horrible! No flavor at all what so ever taste like someone just threw ice and food coloring together with no flavoring at all or maybe they aren't following protocols and putting enough flavoring idk but absolutely horrible ill never go there again to get a coolata n it's literally the only reason I ever go to dunkin is a coolata so looks like I'll be steady going to the warren one because that's just absolutely ridiculous and their whipcream seams like it's just melty it's just horrible nothing about their coolatas are good what so ever even if they are known more for their coffee but coolatas have been apart of dunkin for a good while now there's no reason why you shouldn't be trained to make them right and it doesn't matter the people that are there are what day it is it's every single time we go their coolatas are weak they taste gross!!!! Not impressed are all it's ridiculous! Do better!"

"TODAY I WENT TO THE DUNKIN DONUTS AFTER I WASHED THE LAUNDRY IN MINERAL RIDGE I HAD MY SON WITH AUTISM WITH ME WE STOPPED AT THE DUNKIN DONUTS I ORDERED 25 GLAZED MUNCHKINS FOR HIM AND 4 DONUTS THIS IDIOT WOMAN PUT MY SON'S MUNCHKINS IN JUST A BAG WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO PUT THEM IN THOSE BOXES THAT THEY PUT THE DONUT HOLES IN IT COST ME $15.05 WHEN WE GOT HOME MY SON OPENED HIS BAG THIS IMBECILE GAVE MY SON 10 DONUT HOLES WHEN I ORDER 25 I WAS SO ANGRY WHEN I GOT HOME THAT I GOT RIPPED OFF NOT ONLY ON MONEY BUT MY SON GOT RIPPED OFF ON HIS DONUT HOLES SO I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE WARREN DUNKIN' DONUTS TO GET HIM THE PROPER ORDER OF 25 DONUT HOLES WHICH THEY GAVE HIM 25 AS ORDERED,DESPITE THIS PARTICULAR DUNKIN' DONUTS IS 5 MIN FROM ME I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE ,I WILL DRIVE 10 MIN TO THE WARREN DUNKIN."

"This Dunkin is full of toxic people that don’t really care about customers and dig food out of trash like the donuts to serve people. I have gone through and heard yelling and cussing through the drive thru speaker countless times and it’s uncalled for and unprofessional. Customers should be treated better."

No one told you to work there if your not happy miss please feel free to get a different job there are plenty of them out there!"
