"This place is a joke. Plan on 3+ hours for your visit. They only ever have 1 person doing vitals and the lines are long. Plus they pay the the least out of donation centers. The staff is awesome though. Just wish they had more help"

"I came in as a return new donor on May 20, 2024 and I have to give my praises to several members of the staff who were both professional and courteous to me during my entire donation process. Nurse Tina gave me excellent customer service and was very patient and compassionate towards me. I was not able to successfully donate that day and returned today for my second donation. I was screened by Tricia and greeted again by nurse Tina. The donor floor staff had nothing but smiles and also gave me great customer service! Donovan stuck me, Shianna, Renee, and Desiree all were there to assist me and help me feel comfortable. It's no secret I have raggedy veins and I felt comfortable enough to return and try again. Thanks to the entire staff for being nice and showing me patience and grace. I will continue to tell my friends and family about donating Plasma. It's a great way to get extra money and help save lives. The wait time was a little long, but the staff and new machines make up for the longer wait time. I appreciate how kind everyone was to me!"

"The plasma center and its workers are perfectly fine. It’s the other stupid donors who wait in line early. I get in line right after a man comes up in front of me. Then his wife walked right up next to him and cut in line when I was physically in line before her. If they don’t want fights starting in front of their building, I suggest CSL steps up and make some strict policies and security prior to opening. People are out of control, immature, self entitled, and will manipulate and bully anybody they feel less than they are. Someone please start making this world a better place"

"This place used to be great. Now it is horrible. They are severely understaffed, and seems like only half of the people working actually try to get things moving faster. The rest of the people are so overwhelmed they move like molasses. There seems to be a huge disconnect between corporate/management and the experience of the staff and the donors. Regular 2+hour wait times. Both lines can be full and only 8 beds will be in use when the place has 48. Do not go here until they get things straightened out. Decision makers need to be held accountable."
