"I highly do not recommend going here if the dude with the hat and puffy hair is there. Especially if you are a guy. His attitude was absolutely terrible. I tried to exchange Pleasantrees with him, and he just stared at me Unresponsive. I had the pleasure of actually making my smoothie. He took the blender out back for a second for Lord knows what reason. If you help’s Attitude is that terrible towards your customers, then there’s something wrong with the business. This is my first time at this location, but I have been to multiple locations across the Cleveland area And usually have very pleasant experiences. Not here though, Highly recommend using an alternative"
