"I brought my 89 year old mother because her hearing has been declining over the years. Due to weather, etc. I had to reschedule a few times. I talked to Sarah (or Sara?) so often and was always treated with friendliness, professionalism and I could just hear the smile in her voice. I was a customer service person for so many years and I recognized the genuine tone of Sarah's voice. I was actually excited to meet Sarah. I felt like we were good friends already! I have to admit I was nervous because my Mom has been fighting us over the years about getting hearing aids. Our appointment was with Crystal. Oh my gosh, from the greeting from Sarah and greeting from Crystal, I knew Mom was put at ease. She was still nervous but was a trooper. Crystal was exceptionally understanding, professional and friendly. I didn't expect to feel this way. I was afraid we would get a "sales pitch", but quite the contrary. What we got was excellent service and friendliness all around. My Mom who isn't normally "social" was actually laughing and even though she was tired, did her best. The whole way home she kept saying how nice everyone was (she was right). She is doing trial hearing aids now and I was skeptical as to how she would do with them on her own. It's only been two days since her appointment. Last night she actually took them out at bedtime herself and when I called her this morning she had them both in by herself and asking me if her voice and my voice always sounded like this.
