CSL Plasma

"Hello, I was a regular donor at CSL plasma Youngstown location. The center was clean and the staff was awesome, with the exception of those who held higher rank (nurses) to be specific. I have tried relentlessly to contact the centers manager to discuss my concerns and I have been dismissed continuously. I’m not sure if they are aware that donating plasma does not just help the person receiving the plasma but it helps the person giving the plasma. I am extremely disappointed by the level of professionalism the leaders of this center have displayed. I was comfortable at this facility and had what I felt was good rep-ore with the staff that I interacted with on a regular basis. This is not my ideal way of handling concerns in regard to issues with a business. However I felt that being as I am unable to speak with anyone in management regarding my concerns, donors who choose CSL plasma in Youngstown Ohio should be aware. I greatly dislike that I have to start over with a new center but it is unacceptable the way they handle donors concerns and I would be doing myself a disservice by continuing to support this center. "The staff are always friendly and professional. The center is nice and clean and I'm usually in and out. I always have a pleasant experience when I'm there and enjoy speaking with Dan the phlebotomist. I highly recommend the Youngstown CSL Plasma for anyone interested in donating."

"Tried to donate today had problems and instead of someone helping me I just had 4 people yelling to me from their seats telling me that the other person was wrong and they were right and do it this way ended up just walking out DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!"

"Went there to donate for the first time. They took forever! I watched the video, answered all the questions, had my vitals taken and blood tested. Everything was ok. The nurse was old and unprofessional and slow as hell. I waited another hour for her to finish with one person before me. After hours of intake the old nurse said I was not qualified because I said that when I was very young my hands would fall asleep as I slept because of the way I slept on my arms. I told her that hasn't happened in 20 years. I've had IVs and blood pressure and blood drawn and never have my hand fell asleep or became numb for these. She still denied me. So I wasted four hours of my life for a question about that wasn't even about current health. Just stupid"
