"I’ve been waiting 5 months for an appointment that was supposed to be next week. It just got cancelled on Tuesday on mychart, with reason: provider. No phone call or any further information about rescheduling or the real reason why it was cancelled. I called on Wednesday and was told to call Thursday and the lady was not very nice. So, I called Thursday and got sent to voicemail with it saying we will return your voicemail, and I never got a call back. I called again today and was sent to voicemail. I am very disappointed as my health is being put at risk. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional."
