"While the staff at this location is nice. This company took a year to provide me with a statement for their services. I even called their billing department, and was informed that they were changing billing companies and, "Not to worry, I will get one." I sent their billing an email requesting a patient ID number to pay for the services and it took weeks for them to get back to me. Now I've come to learn that they sent it to collections. This company is a joke."

She was also proactive in selecting a butterfly needle and looking at the orders where she decided to do smaller vials and only take 3. I believe it was her knowledge and expertise that allowed for a faster and easier experience.
