"I have been going to this Walmart Vision for years. I have several issues with my eyes; one issue is double vision which prisms are needed to correct. I called to complain that I was still seeing double after receiving my new glasses and the new doctor did not even test my double vision to see what prism I needed. I was told the new doctors don't like doing prisms and if my glasses weren't right maybe I should try a different doctor. So the doctor does not like doing her job? This answer is NOT ACCEPTABLE."
"I went to Walmart in Madison Ohio today and there were no electric wheelchair cards there any entrance I went in I only have 51% of my lungs working so I walked to the other end of the store middle end couldn't go no further so I stopped at the eyeglasses vision in glasses place to take a seat but maybe that was in there asked me was I all right I told her my situation and she went out of her way to get a little electric scooter for me so I would be fine her name is Danielle I think that's what she said her name was but anyways she deserves recognition for this we did get her a little something but I just want to let the whole world know what she did... Thank you so much Danielle."
"My son had his first exam and first experience picking frames. Doctor was great! The girl who checked us in was also very friendly. However, the older woman we had when picking out frames really upset me and turned my sons experience into a bad one. We left without the frames he really wanted even after I was willing to pay 100% out of pocket for it all. She basically grabbed a pair off the wall and decided for us. We felt rushed and disrespected. She expressed to her employees how hungry she was so it was obvious she just wanted us out so she can go to lunch. Very disappointed with the customer service. I guarantee if we had a different employee help us, my son would have left feeling like he actually got to choose what he wanted."
