I came in weekly to meet with a coach and get my In Body measurements taken. I purchased their food and with the combination of a good diet, exercise, coaching, and medication I was able to hit my goal in just under a year. After months of having no success, doing it on my own, they were a calm, supportive voice with several informed choices. Angel walked me through their programs and so far everything has been going great. The staff is amazing and I look forward to seeing them every time I go there. "Thus far, with the inception of Katherine’s medical plan that started almost a year ago, Katherine has experienced exceptional results! As her husband to be, I’m always concerned about the long-term effects of particular medical treatments and any adverse effects from the injectable weight loss drugs on the market. We never want to find out years from now that it had adverse effects. With that said, so far, Katherine has experienced exceptional results, which were seemingly unachievable by diet and exercise previous. Katherine has lost approximately 30 lbs already in approximately 11 months. As her fiancé, the only thing that has not been pleasant is that the injections make Katherine (and her friends who are also taking them) feel nauseous for a period of time after taking them and then occasionally and on and off on a daily basis.
