"Couldn't be happier with my appointment. From the office staff to Dr. Barakat, very professional and pleasant. It was a very busy office day , so I had to wait a bit, which is to be expected. The nurses/technicians expertly hurried along with the EKG and asking questions. I was given all information about my test results and Dr. Barakat took his time and explained things as well as answered any questions I had."
"This Doctor ordered me to wear a 48 hour heart monitor for severe heart palpitations. His office placed the monitor on me on a Friday morning and I dropped the monitor back off to his office on Monday morning. I was told he would not be in the location where I came to see him until the following Monday. Ok. Fine. Called late Monday afternoon after not hearing anything from them and was told we are in the middle of patients and when he is done he will read them and get back to you. Ok fine. Tuesday afternoon I called again asking for results, nurse said they are on his desk he hasn't read them yet he is with patients. Nurse calls back to give me an answer that I clearly did not understand. No call from him. Also while there getting heart monitor on he said he would like to do a complete blood workup on me. Guess what they never did that either. Long story short.. he has no time for patients and they push you out of the office like an assembly line. In my opinion, I was not taken serious and would never in my opinion recommend anyone to go there!"

"While Dr. Barakat is an excellent physician, we found the wait times to be unbelievably long. There were days when we would wait well over an hour or more to be seen. We also learned that the first appointments of the day are booked before he is even scheduled to be in the office. We understand emergencies, but this happened at every appointment we had with him."
