"Alexis and Kim are outstanding! I had Alexis as my consultant to pick out my dream wedding dress, and she also helped my mom pick out her dress! I did not have great confidence going in to the appointment but Alexis made me feel so beautiful and confident. She is so patient, kind, helpful and positive and I couldn’t recommend her more! We had a challenge with our final fittings for our dresses, but once I reached back out Kim was outstanding and got my mom in to fix her dress that same day! My mom was nervous to go back and didn’t want to upset anyone, but said she felt like a VIP and that Kim and the rest of the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Kim is the owner but makes it a point to check in with every customer and make you feel like the most important person there, I can’t say enough good things about her.
