"I visited this store in July 2023 and bought a few things (2 Big Idea Designs pens and a Welsh Mtn Co. Leather pipe/pen role). I was very impressed with their inventory and personable staff (he may have been the owner or at least manager). Skipping ahead to June 2024, I placed an online order for 2 Walsh Mtn. Co leather journal covers. Again, I was very impressed with the ordering process and how quickly I received my shipment. I'm not sure when (or if) I'll return to Lancaster, but I will continue to be an online customer. Ellicott & Co carries a thoughtfully curated array of products that are often unique and always high quality."
