"Very pleased with Dr. Ravi Sinha and his office. He didn't rush to putting me on meds had more lab work done saw the numbers got worse so we discussed it and decided to put me on a Medication to control the Hyperthyroidism. He was understanding and compassionate about my concerns."
"Dr Sinha took the time to listen to my story and seemed very concerned as to why other doctors can’t find the reason for my rash. He made suggestions and is running tests not considered by the others. I hope he can help"
"Your lack of knowledge and understanding of recent medical breakthroughs and lab test leads me to requesting my Co pay to be refunded. Managing symptoms doesn't fix the root cause issues. It hides the root cause issues. Managing symptoms you never learn what the root cause is. You blame the eventual end on the symptom not the root cause. Like a car tire with a slow leak. Everyday stating the issue was the air put in the tire the day before. Maybe it wasn't enough air so you add more. The next morning same issue a flat tire. Let's try a different air and more air maybe a different air and or more air. The root cause of the flat tire is the slow leak. By fixing the leak you don't need to put air in the tire anymore. The companies selling air will never want you to know or look into the possibility of a slow leak. I had high hopes you were a root cause problem solver. You are not. You seem to only sell air. Your practice is a waste of money time and effort. The only good thing out of this visit? The receptionist was very nice."
"I have been dealing with a chronic endocrine/immune issue for the past 13 months. Yesterday I had a consult and was completely dismissed and gaslit. I was refused blood tests that I feel are necessary for my health because “he doubts I have that” instead of taking the time to take my health seriously. I was told that my chronic hives, joint pain and fatigue seem pretty benign and I should just “hope it all goes away.” I have never left a doctors office feeling so dismissed and hopeless, so maybe next time when you ask your patients if they have been feeling depressed and hopeless, don’t add to it. Do better and be better for your patients, or don’t since it’s 2024 and the Hippocratic Oath doesn’t mean anything."
"I really liked how he listened to my concerns to best help me. He took his time and gave me great information even though he wasn't able to help my particular situation fully. I found the overall experience with the doctor, reception, and nurses to be great! My only trouble was I wasn't made aware before my apt that the lot could be parked in and that you would have to "pay"(Currently they are giving out tickets to either reduce the parking to $1 or make it free. I'm not sure which as I parked in the children garage). The sign on the machine made it seem like you had to pay ahead so I parked elsewhere and had to walk, no big deal I like walking but not everyone can do that. I was never told the office was on the 3rd floor and I didn't see signs on where to go on the main floor but maybe I missed it but I did look. On the stairs, there is a sign that says check-in downstairs and after waiting found out I could have gone right upstairs which was very annoying. I feel like all of this should have been explained to me when I either made the apt or got the call to confirm that I was coming. There are no directions online stating what floor or where to park either so that's why I removed a star."
