"We are satisfied with care received. My son sees Dr Whitlatch. She is professional and competent. My calls get answered and my requests are honored. I believe there is noticeable improvement with customer service and courtesy of staff. Thanks to everyone"
"If I could give this place negative stars I would. Dr. Whitlatch is great but unfortunately it is not worth the headache dealing with ANY of the office staff. They are rude, unattentive and have royally screwed up payments for us. I have copays that I paid but were never marked under my name so they went to collections and no one will help me or take responsibility. THEY WON'T EVEN LET YOU LEAVE UNTIL ITS PAID!!!!! Not to mention that no one bothers to tell you that a simple 10 minute routine doctors appointment will end up costing you close to $200 out of pocket because the hospital charges you as well!! This should be a common courtesy to anyone new patients making appointments!!! It has beeN nothing but stress and headaches dealing this office and those awful people! Worst medical experience of my life! I can, with total conviction say that I actually hate them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!"
"My small child is a diabetes patient at this clinic. When my child was diagnosed he had a great doctor, unfortunately she left and it has been down hill. J. Anisko is the person my child has been seeing and she is careless. The former doctor K. Talley always showed concern, checked on my child via email to discuss blood sugar or changes, and always made sure we had appointments and annual bloodwork. Anisko does none of this. I’m over it. It has been 4 months sense my child has been seen and we haven’t heard a word from her regarding A1C checked, annual bloodwork or just simply checking on him. This is at the University of md midtown campus. I’m currently looking for a new diabetic clinic to send my baby to. I’ve realized that some doctors love there job and some are in it for other reasons, not the health of the patients. I do not recommend this Nurse practitioner."
"Be advised for large "hospital fees" when visiting this clinic. I was put with a fellow without being told for my appointment, was charged for 45+ minutes of services while the fellow spent 10+ minutes talking to his attending physician. Nothing new was done for me. The fellow ordered labs that I had already had completed within the last month."
"Initially, this place seemed wonderful .very shortly after, it became clear that they are far from. They are friendly. That's about the only good thing I can say about them, though. The doctors tell you and their staff completely different things. They don't keep up with patient information. Dr Port also offered to put me in touch with a nephrologist there. That was 4 months ago. Upon setting things up myself, I was informed that she never even contacted the nephrology department. I would recommend using ANY other clinic than this. Johns Hopkins endocrinology clinic is a joke .and I'd Stoll recommend then over umms"
