"If you want a rushed, feel like you’re unheard appointment- this is it. Not only did I get a print out with information from 2006, I got handed a a series of trial medication and was expected to follow up in 4 months and let the Dr know which one worked best. Having worked in medical field, with medications, that’s not the proper way to do “trials”. While reviewing my med hx with the Medical Assistant, you could visibly note she didn’t capture all details or at least didn’t know what they were? I didn’t feel comfortable that it was documented correctly despite writing it on the form. When I was checking in, drug rep mentioned he switched companies and had a new drug to demo and scheduled lunch which was happily planned by front desk staff. Based on the volume, rapid appointment and not being heard- personally, wouldn’t return especially having migraines over 9 years."

My client was denied because we couldn’t produce these records. I still need them for an appeal and Jasmine’s response is, “I’ll do my best.”"
