"I went in late on a Sunday for a garden injury. All the staff were very attentive. I was there not more than 45 minutes, but they were not Very busy. I have Used an urgent care before further down the street near Whole Foods and it’s always a rigmarole and a long wait. Several times I’ve been to This Lansing urgent care you’ve gotten quickly and taken care of"

"I debated even sharing this but I visited this urgent care a few weeks ago because I needed a cyst lanced. Upon completing my intake the (nurse?) had MAJOR missteps. Not only did he not properly complete the intake form (purposely skipping questions, because he didn’t feel like it), he was swearing as well. He deliberately gave up on entering my complete medication list which resulted in me getting prescribed a medication that conflicted with my other medications. This was only caught by the pharmacist. He then proceeded to lie about my blood pressure because he didn’t want to retake it. Apparently with my rating he was required to manually do so. Instead he changed the numbers in the paperwork. With the way that black women are killed in this field you would think that he would be more aware. This is not even the only bad interaction I’ve had here. I truly need to stop giving them chances."

"Everyone in the office was so kind, and they helped me brainstorm long-term solutions to a short-term medical problem. They are lovely. And very very short wait time if you make an appointment through their website (the Check In Now button allows you to select a day and time to be seen)."

"Absolutely great service. As an out of state college student, they really took care of me and got me in and out quickly and efficiently. When the pharmacy was not filling the prescription, the operators were extremely nice and checked in on how i was doing and when the prescription was filled. they even called over to the pharmacy themselves and got it worked out. could not recommend this place enough."

"The front desk receptionist lady was awesome! She made you feel welcome and gave that feeling that she genuinely care. The doctor was great he was caring and very informational. I would highly recommend going to the Okemos location for urgent care"
