Reviews
"Great practice, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Hearn is very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner."
"Pleasant staff. Lovely facility. Paid in full /out of pocket at each service. Out of pocket around $5000 for one leg (2 sites). My Leg still looks horrible. I was told their billing dept would help with processing refund after kindly submitting to insurance for me. Been in communication monthly with their billing dept for almost a year and they always answer the phone…..”we are working on it” or “waiting for documents, etc”. (no solutions) They promise to “follow up that week” and then don’t . I can see insurance is done processing it on my end. I’ve never been sent any reimbursements. Mostly sad my leg just still looks so bad for $5000"
"Awful experience. I have varicose veins in both legs and was set up for multiple ultrasounds and treatments. From the start, the doctor treating me was very evasive about what and how much my insurance would cover. We paid hundreds of dollars to this practice and my legs look exactly the same as when I started going there. What's worse, I received a surprise bill for $3900.00 nearly a year after I ended the sessions. During one treatment , the nerves in my right leg were damaged. I was assured the feeling would come back, but it's been nearly two years and the leg is still numb. On another excruciating visit, the doctor could not find the vein he was looking for and had to jab my leg repeatedly until he finally located it. If things go well for you at this practice, consider yourself fortunate, because if things go badly, the doctors and staff are either untruthful, unresponsive, or hostile. This is a money-making operation at its heart."
"I've had visible reflux in my legs since I was in my 20s but it wasn't until my 40s when I really started to notice functional symptoms. So, when I saw a vein clinic open up in Anderson I decided to contact them to see what they could do, and I'm glad I did. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and worked with my insurance to make the cost of the procedures more than affordable. As far as the procedures go, they were a breeze. Dr. Hearn and Cory are true professionals. The office seems to operate like a family with a fun and friendly vibe throughout all the staff all the time. Good people. Good energy. Great results. My legs feel so much better already. Highly recommended."
