"I had PT after knee replacement surgery for 8 weeks. I went 3 times a week and had several different therapists. I absolutely loved each one of them. They were each professional and yet became your friend for the duration. I went in needing a lot of strengthening after my knee replacement. I also needed a confidence boost to get my spirits up. When I started I could barely do a squat exercise where I would have to use the table to pull myself up. After several weeks of training and confidence building I could hold a 15lb training ball doing the squats. I was totally impressed that the therapists never let up and pushed me further than I would have done myself. I would definitely recommend Blue Sky Therapy. Thank you for all your encouraging words and dedication."
