"Per my previous review, Spoke with the Owner today and I really appreciate the way he rectified the problem that occurred the other day when I visited here. He was very understanding and courteous and was very apologetic. I want to thank you so much for your concern. The food was excellent this time and the gentleman who was here today, was also courteous and has a friendly personality. Everything is not everyone fault. Wish a lot of franchises had this same mentality. Thank you again."

"We waited an hour for the food, for it to be the most disappointing collection of ingredients. Do not trust the pictures. I ordered a steak salad that had tomatoes, arugula, and steak, but instead I received wilted lettuce with some random toppings and bbq style steak. Not to mention, the random eggshells and cheese clumps mixed with some sort of ranch dressing was the cherry on top. I wasn’t the only disappointed one. Some dry chicken and a soggy bun was what this place called the crispy chicken sandwich. Yuck"

"I got food from your place of Business and spent well over $70 for lunch my first time eating at your place was amazing. It was on the weekend 2/3/24.The food was great. Thats the reason we tried the food today 2/5/24.The food today was horrible soggy fries I have never had a dry burger this dry a day in my life. It’s very hard to swallow. It was the worst I have ever had and seen no love has been put Into your food. At all. I ordered off DoorDash I would like a refund please no one likes there food from what we ordered."

"The food was great!! We got the burger, Philly cheese steak sandwich and crispy crispy chicken salad. The owner was polite and we had a great time talking until all of our orders were made. We sat out in the car and about 10 minutes later our food was ready and delivered to our car. I highly recommend Superior Grill and Chicken to anyone living or visiting in the area!"
