"It looks like they repaired our car well but we'll see. They charged $1114 (487 part and 627 labor) for alternator replacement and $195 (81 part and 114 labor) for serpentine belt replacement. It seemed that the repair cost was somewhat excessive. If the car could be properly repaired, the cost wasn’t much of an issue. This is because the alternator had failed, and the car would have to be towed to move it to a more reasonably priced repair shop. However, when I got home after the repair, the AC wasn’t working. I called the repair shop to resolve the issue, but they said there was nothing they could do for free. Finally, I visit the shop and asked them to look at it. They said It's AC clutch failure. We never have that problem before going the shop. I will never go back to that repair shop again."

"Brought in a 1986 Alfa Romeo spider for a front end alignment. I wasn’t sure that they had the ability to work on an old Italian classic but I gave it a shot. They exceeded my expectations. It drives straight down the road with no issues. They did a complete inspection of the car and pointed out a leak and pointed out the fact that the tires are old. To me, they went above and beyond. "it’s a less than likely idea to be in a situation where you have to go to a collision shop. I can tell you, though they have made it the most amazing experience. For starters when I called them The first question they asked was not about the wreck/car… They asked if the people involved in the wreck were OK…well I shouldn’t “they” The one who answered the phone was Chelsie. (amazing) I called a few people prior to calling them and none of them asked that question. This showed that right from the start they cared, This is what made me choose them, also I need a replacement car and they have free loaner cars. thought I have only dealt with Chelsie, She is so sweet, so patient And communicative, which is important when dealing with situations like this. I do also have to mention walking into the office was so sweet. I had to bring my daughter with me, and everyone was so kind speaking with her and making us feel welcomed. It’s really comforting, knowing that everyone is so genuinely friendly there. Even though my car is still under repair there, I will never go anywhere else just based on the experience I’ve had thus far. I highly recommend them and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Chelsie Is amazing. She goes above and beyond even helping install a car seat when switching vehicles over. If you’re still trying to decide which collision shop to choose, look no further, this is the place to go. I wish I could give them more than five stars. This place is a gem!"

"I think the guys there are very professional and nice. They are a little pricey but you do get what you pay for. I wanted to give a 5 star only reason I didn't is because my vehicle had some recall damage and needed to go to the dealership. I was given a free year of roadside assistance, but they would not allow me to use that service to tow my vehicle from their garage to the dealership. Now, I get that they want the business so towing to somewhere else to be fixed is taking from them, however I spent over $4K and just feel like they could've helped me out with the tow. Other than that I say they are really good!!!"

"Once again A&D comes through as my trusted repair shop. Late on Friday afternoon I noticed fluid leaking from my roadster. Jackson got me in first thing Monday, diagnosed the problem (windshield washer pump), and had me back on the road that afternoon.
