USA Vein Clinics

"I previously went to a vein clinic that was not part of the USA Vein Clinics to have the VenaSeal procedure done. I had a poor and painful experience. I also did not achieve the removal of my spider veins as promised. I read mixed reviews on USA Vein Clinics, but I noticed most of the poor reviews were due to the scheduling service they use for making appointments. I agree that this service needs improvement, but that should not to deter you from what truly matters, which is the professional treatment received on your veins. I went to the USA Vein Clinic at State College. Everyone I interacted with at this office was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist, Lindsey, was cheerful and checked me in quickly. Lauren, the Ultrasound Technician, was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She even showed me the veins that had previously been treated at the other clinic on her screen. Karen (sorry, not sure of her title), assisted Dr. Jennifer Snavely. She talked with me the whole time she prepped me for my procedure and made me feel comfortable. She was very personable. Dr. Snavely was also very friendly. She made the procedure a pleasant experience for me. She was very good giving the injections. It was not the painful experience I had at the previous clinic I went to. She talked to me the entire time and was very efficient. Karen then cleaned me up after the procedure and even put the compression stockings on me. Also, the clinic was very clean, which is another negative thing I read in some of the reviews. I can't tell you what the other clinics are like, but my experience at the State College Clinic was top notch."

"Had some work completed on my veins. I was very nervous and honestly a little scared when I read about the procedures. All the staff from the front desk to the ultrasound technician, the medical technician to the doctor are absolutely amazing!! Very friendly, very efficient and were great to work with. I’m so happy I decided to take care of my lingering vein issues. My advice would be to not drink caffeine before the procedure, drink lots of water so your veins will be good and plump) and take some Advil before and ongoing until the inflammation goes down. Order stockings from Amazon and wear them exactly like the doctor tells you too. I’m so happy I finally had everything fixed. I’m wearing shorts for the first time since my 20’s. Definitely make an appointment!"
