"The tech responsible for taking the needle out at the end of the donation was careless and didn’t pay attention. he pulled the needle out, refused to apply pressure, and I bled all over myself. Dude needs to be fired. He was tall, lanky and had twists. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Go to Halethorpe or GB."

"If you like dealing with attitudes, dealing with people that dont want to work, then go here. I saw a lady intentionally deferred a guy, all becuase he didnt like her attitude. Its literally the worst place to go to. Anyone saying this is a good location is most likely bums that desperately need the money.. terrible terrible terrible service.."
