"First of all what's the point in making an appt if they're always 2 hours behind anyways? Staff is unprofessional. Can be heard in main lobby talking about drugs and their donors. Unprofessional topics of conversation also stick their noses where it doesn't belong. I would start going to csl tbh. Jim talks about the donors in a condescending unprofessional manner. The females there stick their noses in the relationships of their donors when it doesn't involve them. Super judgy unclean environment. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Horrible service, bad management. Your time is worth nothing to them. I had an 8:00am “appointment” but watched person after person come in and go to the process before me. After waiting over 2 hours without being processed I just left and will never go back. There is always some excuse (lie) they tell you why it’s taking so long. Avoid!!"

"Smooth somewhat quick process if you go in early right when they open, went as a first time donor i thought id ate more than enough good foods drank enough water during the week to include yesterday in preparation that my veins would be good but it was a no go, i was told id still get compensated just not the $100 id get 50$ for my time since i was there a little over 2hrs before getting to the donation area and here it is 4hrs later and still nothing deposited theyre not open till Tuesday, not impressed, dont say your going to do something and not follow through"

"I will never return here again. First time donating I waited 5 hours but I dealt with that, now last Friday 6/3/22 I went in, and when the lady stuck me the first round of them taking the blood and returning it, when it was returning my arm was burning and it felt off but I didn’t look because I can’t look at the needle in my arm. My machine went off twice and they came and silenced it without checking me.. I finally decided to look at my arm and my arm where the needle was in was as big as a baseball and I started getting really sweaty and nauseous so I called someone over immediately and they said “holy shit” and took it out and stuck my other arm. They told me it was infiltrated and that I would be okay.. it’s now been 5 days and I am in even more pain than the first day and my arm keeps getting more and more black I am currently on my way to the emergency room and I am looking into a lawsuit on them."
