"They claim efficiency and integrity! Every time I get there, I am waiting an inappropriate amount of time. Two hours this time and I am still waiting. I haven't even started donating! Got here at 12:30 and I probably won't leave until after 4pm! This should not be an all-day process! If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would!"

"I always have a wonderful time donating. My first time I went my friend had an adverse reaction and the staff was prompt to aid and save my friends life(averse reactions happen and it wasn’t the centers fault but they were well prepared and equipped to handle the situation). Every time I come I always feel welcomed and appreciated for the donation especially from Que, Alex, Tianna and Rocky. I love it here and everyone is incredibly professional and personable! I recommend this to anyone for an excellent donation experience!"

"My visit to CSL Plasma in Henrietta, NY was flawless on 6/18/24. Vitals Check went great and my visit only got better when I got to the donation area. Danni welcomed me with her usual smile and hello. She also remembers details like my moving in a few months and how is my pooch doing. She knows how to "personalize" the visit and does it in a genuine and unforced manner. I wish she was my lobotomist every time I visit!"

"Bryan, David, Alex, and Edna (I might have butchered her name) have all given excellent service! Lots of the other staff is super friendly, only issue for me is the wait time and the lack of front end staff to service the members more efficiently. At least 3 people should be up front during rush hour times, and the app wait times are misleading some days."

"Less popular times are listed in green. Now is supposedly green. It's my second donation and have been here 30 minutes without even getting to take the questionnaire. Security guy at front desk keeps saying someone will come right out, but no one has. What is wrong with this place? It's not even busy right now, just full of staff that doesn't actually want to help donors? Been an hour now, still haven't been screened. 1 hr, 15 mins, a fight is starting in the line and the security guard just left to hide in back! This place is a joke. 1.5 hours waiting here during a "green" time, still have not been hooked up to plasma machine. 1 hr, 45 minutes, still waiting to be hooked up. The "doctor" just told me it would only be "another 2 to 3 minutes, maybe 5." Coming up on 2 hours now. Worst service people I've seen."
