"I love this place they are clean, friendly, and helpful. Make sure you drink lots of water. But i love going later at night because its not to busy, but they say mornings are better because your body is rested. Anyways ive never had a problem and i love the extra perks sometimes you get extra money in your emails from corperate and theres a reward program. The facility has a little waiting area with air/heat and wifi if your waiting on someone. Bathrooms are always clean and refreshment and snack is available. The down fall is some people just come in and are not very conservitive or respectful of others and i think if your gonna donate do it for the right reason and come presentable and just respect people and how you talk. Big shout out to all the staff for you help and dedication! They have new machines and super fast. New donors get a month express card to skip in front of the line now. Super cool. Less then half hour to donate from new machines. Takes me now only 22-25 minutes now its great"

"I would have given the people that work here five stars (Very hard workers). But the company needs to make sure that they have enough help! Takes way too long waiting to donate. I know it hard to hire more help these days, but they really need to do it."

"Came in for first time today about an hour after opening and it took 3.5 hours to register as a new donor and get the plasma taken. Denise was so kind and helpful, she explained everything so well and genuinely seems like she enjoys her job. It does seem a little short staffed but that’s not the employees fault. I do wish they spent less time standing still talking to each other while people are waiting on things. Next time I will show up right at opening time to guarantee a quicker process!"

"Great staff and I had a guy poke me barley felt it he did a good job for how big the needles are. The staff was sanitizing the chairs we sit in and multiple times they changed gloves like they were going out of style. They kept a good eye on everyone and the communication to each other got ppl in and out as quickly as they could. Absolutely love this place. While I waited in line tho had some real idiots talking and irritating me by talking about stupid stuff to make them look “cool” but they just sounded dumb and did not wear deodorant lol but that’s no one’s fault but their own. CSL should not accept people that admittedly say they smoke pot and or they are unsanitary. If that’s you reading this just be a normal citizen and respect others in line. Deodorant is $1 get some! Also watch your email for special deals I got a heck of a deal threw my email only selected do! They are very professional and they take classes for this specific job they are very knowledgeable and I take there advice whole heartedly"
