"If I could leave zero that would have been my option. Absolutely horrible service. Went it with an email from them for a 50 dollar bonus on my donation and they refuse to honor there own promotions. They have continuously lowered monthly payments even though they are making large amounts of funds off each donation. I encourage you to try another facility in the local area where you will be treated right and compensated fairly. Also, walk into their bathrooms... McDonald's is more sanitary and this is considered a medical facility. Can't wake to make some phone calls about this place."

"I love the people who work there! They always seem nice. But I lost my donation card called they said I had to wait 10 days blah blah blah. I called last Friday. My boyfriend went into Ked Wednesday told them he lost his card they gave him a new one right away. I go in the same day try to ask some one new if I could get a new card I got told no. Moral of the story I asked 4 different people and got told the same answer which was no. I’m starting to think it has something to do with the fact that I’m white and he’s black. They helped him no questions asked but told me no every time. SMH policy should go for everyone not just race."
