They don't care how they stick.. they swore I had bad scar tissue I went to a different plasma and the procedure is painless, pleasant not dealing with HORRIBLE attitudes. "Originally rated a 5 star, but then I went back. It was ridiculously busy, which is not their fault. But when I've been checked in and waiting for almost 2 hours, and they're pushing people ahead who have been there 20 minutes just because their friends with them, doesn't make sense."
"Closed on Sundays now, if you don't go twice a week you lose all your money, went from 70 a visit to 40 because I can't go on Friday, Sunday anymore. Complete crooks with no service or respect. Loved going here too, complete shame and honestly a scam now. Great workers and people but clearly the big wigs are soul less devils."
"This is best one for me, The security was uptight at first but once I got in the building I seen exactly why. It was a lot of men there and very big and aggressive and mean so the security was very attentive and very much paying attention to everyone and everything they were doing, I liked Marcel he was very cute and also very delicate with the s teeming and he explained everything very nicely. I then went to back it didn’t take long although they stuck me twice in one day it did not hurt during or after. I was having a reaction to the process almost at the end and a young beautiful lady named Alexis had saved me while I was having a panicked attack. She was firm in her grip when my arm was about to bend which saved me from unknown circumstances and she talked me through each symptom and helped me get better. I was so grateful for this team y’all really doing a great job even my exam and the lady who I first talked to everyone wore gloves washed hands was gentle and caring and I am so grateful for y’all, thank you!!! I’m impressed that y’all are not only professional but very knowledgeable too !!"
