"Okay. First, I read reviews and was a little leery, reviews were so mixed. But full disclosure I am an RN, so I was able to pick through complaints that would be avoidable and complaints that are out of the control of staff and management and decided to take a chance. That said, the staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean. The whole process of my first-time visit, from walking in the front door to the end, was 2h 30 min on a Saturday morning. They are thorough and vigilant with screening. They also don’t skip any steps cleaning the plasmapheresis machines. Shout out to JASMINE!!! She was my phlebotomist, and she is AWESOME! She was super-efficient and absolutely FLOORED me with her skill! I have started hundreds of IVs - this needle is a very large bore, and my veins are the kind I dread as a nurse - super deep. However, I *barely* felt the stick. I told her over and over again that phlebotomists DO NOT get the credit they deserve, truly. All of the other phlebotomists were also very diligent and paid close attention to detail. Very cool. Anyway, from the POV of a 13-year RN - stellar experience all the way around."

"The workers here are friendly and helpful; however, the lines have gotten absolutely ridiculous. It is unacceptable for people to be waiting in line for two hours when there are multiple rows of plasma machines open. More needs to be done to ensure that there are enough workers to process everyone at a reasonable rate. This issue has been going on for a while and isn’t a secret, so I can’t fathom why corporate finds this acceptable."

"I don't understand how the employees at this location can call off whenever they want. move as slow as a turtle all-day long. They hire new people that seems to follow the people that has been here for how ever long & do the same thing, call off after call off. The workers shouldn't be giving anyone attitudes either when they can't even work the right damn way. new machines but only half of them work, managers don't bother to even do anything to help when the line is reaching the bathrooms on a daily basis. this place has went down hill dramatically & needs improvements with management & clearly needs to hire new people that know what they are doing."

"The staff is always incredible and friendly! Robin is SUPER efficient at vitals, got me in and out. Everyone on the donor floor is just amazing as well, an entire group of caring people! (Ill update with more names as I remember the best people :))"
