"I can't THANK Tamara enough for her kind, caring and most importantly tentative listening skills. Listening meaning: we talked about all symptoms, eating habits, sleep patterns, daily routines to try and decipher why all these years I've suffered. "I was referred to NorthCoast Natural Health & Acupuncture by a friend in the Fall of 2018. I had already been thru multiple doctors at the Cleveland Clinic and University Health Systems to address my extreme fatigue and hives. Dr. Tamara started with stress management with acupuncture and tweaking the supplements I was taking to address gut issues. 4 months into my treatment, she recommended food sensitivity testing as well as hormonal testing, I was very skeptical as these tests were not cheap.
