"Great work. But wont take financial accountability when the system messes up. I was charged for a year without a visit. I was told by one supervisor that my account should have canceled after not being active for three months. I asked for a refund and she told me it shouldn’t be a problem. She once gave someone a refund of 300 for the same issue. Just wait for a call back in 2 days. 2 weeks later I get a call from a guy saying he can only give me 2 months back after the other lady told me it was possible to get my money. Then he proceeded to only give me a refund for 1 month. The attitude was distasteful and I felt rushed off the phone when trying to solve the issue. They even told me to call corporate and let them know so they can be aware of the issue so they can process it here. Great work but the chiropractor, but folk don’t play about their money."
