"The audiologist did a wonderful job testing my hearing. She then walked me through her aids and the ones my insurance plan offered. She allowed me to make my decision without any pressure. The only thing negative was that her receptionist quit two weeks ago which caused several interruptions in our time together and extended that time beyond what I was expecting."
