My wife contacted her lawyer. I know he's hiding that note and Medical records of my wife. They threatened to kick my wife out just for asking for a copy of her medical records, After my wife asked four times they released it to her I feel sorry for the next person asking for your medical records This pain Doctor call Robert F. "He actually don't need a star. He was my first neurology Dr and was the laziest Dr I ever known on this earth. Here it is I've been suffering from epilepsy for years and now I'm at a point in my life where I'm unable to work at this points and having lots of body pain from falling and was told by Dr Richardson that Social security administration had too much paperwork for him to fill out so go ahead and try and work and it made matters worse.
