"I waited in her office to be seen for 2.5 hours past my appointment time. She was exactly as described in the most recent postings! Once we tackled her rudeness everything went fine Dr. Shah answered my questions and made educated suggestions and we put a plan together. As a NEW patient with a problem we look forward to seeing our new provider for answers for a plan maybe even a human connection empathy. Finding an endocrinologist is hard getting an appointment is even harder."

"Need to speak clearer English if you are wanting to treat American Citizens. I do not want to have to ask my doctor more than twice to repeat what she says. And as far an exam goes. It was going thru motions. Didnt even leave stethoscope in place long enough to hear anything. It wss just here let me go thru motions and give me co-pay. WILL NOT be going back"

"She is wonderful I say she saved my life my a1c was 12.3 and in a couple months she got it down to 6.3 it's takes awhile to be able to see her but it.is definitely worth it in my opin And the staff is very friendly and helpful"

"I am very upset with this Dr. I went once she ordered ultrasound and blood work. I have an low thyroid. I had to wait 5 months to get an appointment. I don't know why my Dr recommended this Dr. I went to my second appointment yesterday. She said there is nothing wrong with me. She told me watch what I eat and walk 30 minutes a day. We have had temperatures close to 90 right now. Why would you suggest a Sr citizen walk anywhere with temperatures like this. I could of gotten this advice from anyone. I am going to get another Dr. I will call my insurance company and get a referral from them. The office told me while I was waiting for my first appointment that she would be away again. So evidently like others have said on here that she takes alot of vacations. I wouldn't even have given her any stars. But you have to give at least 1 to post review. I can't believe she is still practicing. So sad our health care has come to this. Like someone else said on here if your Dr sends you here ask for another Dr immediately."

"This is the rudest Doctor I have ever seen. I am deaf in one ear. When I politely said, I am sorry but I am deaf in one ear, I didn’t hear what you said. She stops and looks at me for like 45 seconds dead in the face. I have been been saying that to people all my life. Never once did someone acted rude to me.to people all my life, and I have never been treated like that. She improved her attitude and was much nicer by the time I left. The next visit she was worse. I could not understand why she would act so rude to me again! I got the horrible look again and was very short with me. When I was checking out I was refused my information and they mailed it to me that they would not give me my papers for instructions on what I was to do. I called the office and left a message about my medical problem and they called me back about nine days later going to send me in medication and that took another eight days just to make a call to the pharmacist. I called by General doctor and she helped me right away and I got my medication that day. I have saw horrible horrible reviews about this doctor but somehow now they’re kind of hard to find her because all of the reviews on her website. e in shock e. I am told to call call them if I need their help. I called their office certain for an important situation and that’s what I did and they never called me back. They call me back and took them 16 days to do something for me and all it was was just send a prescription to my pharmacist. My general doctor sent the prescription for me so that I can have it earlier. I found a new Endocrinologist and Shah is sending prescriptions on meds that don't work for me. Maybe if she helped me, she would know what works In Medical New Today, it states her reviewed were 2.3. nothing near 4.7"
