"This Urgent Care is very nice and very clean. The lady at check in was very nice and helpful and accommodated me having forgotten my wallet at home and made sure I was still able to pay for my prescription. The nurse was so kind and soothing to a nervous patient like me. The doctor listened to all my concerns with patience, asked questions and she really tried to understand all the facts. She was very careful in advising me regarding my diagnosis and what to do if things don't improve. This is my second time coming here and I was once again impressed with their professionalism. I recommend this place!"

"I was seen by a physician's assistant within 15 minutes of my arrival. The environment was pleasant and very clean. The details of the visit were recorded and I was given a copy for future reference. Parking was readily available. My only suggestion would be to post to sign on the outside window to let the public know where to go when the Mayfield heights facility is closed (and the website should be amended to reflect the change from 8:00 p.m.)."
