"The people at the Shaker Heights and Mayfield were great, so kind and very quick. However, it took over 24 hours to get x-ray results and the only reason why I was able to get them was by tracking down what location the radiologist was at and directly asking for my results. There was nothing urgent about radiology process which was incredibly frustrating. The woman on the phone at Parma was rude and did not apologize for or acknowledge the extended wait."

He explained all our options (I ended up with 4 stitches) and walked us step by step through the process ensuring I was comfortable and that the procedure was thoroughly done. He made me feel at ease and was so kind and helpful to my husband and I! He also gave me specific instructions and materials for care and follow up. I felt cared for and was very impressed that the whole visit and procedure was so quick and despite the circumstances a very pleasant experience!"
