"Review is not based on Dr Drought personally... but....you cannot go in and look at frames like you can at EVERY other optometrist.....you MUST be w someone from the office bc you cannot touch frames and the other person is there to help you... come on...it's 2022 not 2020....All other places that I have been to allows you to look at frames by yourself...very few places have you put them on a tray to be sanitized..if you want to sanitize, I have no problem w that...but...I know what I like...let me look without someone over my shoulder..They want you to make an appointment to look at frames...sorry you lost business...they are local ...guess I give my business elsewhere"
