"Went out of our way to visit this place on a few recommendations... Glad we did and also wish we did not. The Good: The baked goods were pretty dang good except for one that was clearly old and hard (almond croissant) (see pics) The Bad: UGH! The people that worked here. Without going into a ton of detail I will just say this, the staff was probably some of the most inpersonable and deliberately unhelpful people I've run into in a while. I would chalk it up to a person maybe having a bad day but everyone i interacted with here was just very short and not friendly at all. None of them clearly enjoyed being there and they made sure you felt it. I will definitely not be returning to this place as it ranked as the least appealing French pastry place out of the three we actively searched out in the Cleveland area. I don't often name drop another establishment when doing a review, but if your looking for a way better experience I would go to "Leavened" in Tremont."

"Decided to give this place a try as I'm always on the hunt for a delicious bakery. The cappuccino was good (very strong) although technically it was more like a latte since my milk wasn't foamed properly. I appreciated the coffee art though. The hazelnut croissant was average and the fruit cheesecake (it had a fancier name, but can't remember it) was good. Staff was friendly. The 3 items cost over $18 which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion, but seems to be the norm nowadays. I'm glad I tried it, but I probably won't go back just because it's next to The Stone Oven which is far superior in my opinion and cheaper."
