"Literally could not be a worse office out there full of incompetent people. Got my blood work done over 2 months and they never called me with my results for my prescription dosage. I have no refills on my meds I need to survive and they refuse to help me every time I call them. This was a second chance I gave them after my other endocrinologist closed her practice. Never under any circumstance go here!!! The staff is useless and has made me so uoset I cried on multiple occasions. They all need to be fired and close up shop."
"I was referred here by my current doctor and was told it was mandatory to keep a credit card on file. As a person that works in IT and CyberSecurity I asked why and was told that they just do. I find this bad practice and will be contacting my insurance provider to let the know. I was refused service because my doctor office didn't give me an in network referral and they demanded I sign a waiver to pay all charges if my doctor's office refused to give an in network referral. "Just called to make a consult appointment and talked with the rudest person I have ever talked to. I have worked with the same cardiologist for 34 years, I would hope our girls do not speak with patients this way. Also why do you list a doctor in Clarkston when the only Doctor that goes there does not see patients???? Still floored by this experience. One question was: Diagnosis ? told her Graves disease, but it was taken care of a few years ago. Receptionist: Then why are you coming here? Me: To help regulate my thyroid, Receptionist: You do realize we are in Farmington? Me: ok?"
"I had a recommendation to get a thyroid biopsy done for a suspicious nodule. I had no problems when it came to scheduling. On the day of my visit, the receptionists were very pleasant with not just myself, everyone who I saw walk in and out. Dr. Blank was very knowledgeable and helped ease my anxiety greatly. I had wonderful interactions with every single person I came in contact with and will recommend this facility to anyone I can!!"
