"My first experience with a dermatologist. Wait time was short after check in. Dr Alecia Hathaway was quick, informative and even funny. Had some AK removed. Easy peasy."

"It is ever increasingly hard to get anything done at this place. And their prices are outrageous. It's $120 upfront to see any doctor, with every visit. My first time there they said specifically "Don't call us, we'll call you". I got that message from 2 separate individuals there. A month and a half later, still no message back, and turns out I have skin cancer. They then almost incorrectly prompted me that I wouldn't have to pay upfront when they sent me all the way down to a Wheeling, WV location to get my surgery. But it turns out I will need to pay a lot of money upfront. Another problem I am having is I'm trying to get my medical history released, but they will not email me a 'Medical Release Forum' to do so. Who knows if I will ever see it. The doctor there, by the name of Amber, was very lovely. She gave me a synopsis of my diagnosis in great detail. She is too good for that place. I do not recommend this place."

"Took my daughter here that is 10 for a face rash. Dr stated it was acne even though it didn't look like that at all she said there's just red rash acne. She gives her amoxicillin. And clyndimcin lotion along with facial cleaner. Says to do all of it. On the lotion bottle it states don't use with facial cleaner. So after a week my daughter's face got A LOT worse. So I took her back and stated I think she missed diagnosed her. Her face is worse. She stated she's been doing this 30 years and she could do a skin test to prove it but it would leave a scar on her face. Asked what face cleaner she was using I said none oh boy did she go off bc she needs to be using face cleaner. Which I then brought to her attention the lotion she gave her states DO NOT use face cleaner while using product. She stated they just have to put that. She also stated medicine sometimes will make things get worse before better. When we left-u my 10 year old stated she was very rude and didn't care what we had to say, and she keep cutting us off. And she didn't think this Dr new what she was talking about. Which was very true. I then set my daughter up with another dermatology where he stated my daughter has no sign what so ever of acne and this is eczema!!!! and that's why its not getting better! So I guess after 30 years of practicing this Dr still can't tell the difference between eczema and acne. Highly recommended going some where else. When I asked for my clinical records which belong to the patient and are to be giving when the patient ask(by law) they stated they can't give it out. It had to go to a woman in w.v and she then would look over it and give it out. Seems like they have had issues. I should be able to walk in and get my records unless they have something to hide....."

"I have heard wonderful things about this office and their providers from others. I can say for myself that the people who work here are very caring and compassionate. The front desk, medical assistant and nurse practitioner that I met were all above and beyond what I expected. I can't recommend them enough! (This is the very first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review for anything because it was so impressive!)"

"I had to take my mom here several times to get some moles removed and let me tell you first and foremost one of the nurses was talking to my mom like she was six unacceptable now let’s move on to the problem that made me leave this review. there is one surgeon by my understanding only does surgeries one day a month so they stuff appointments to the max causing appointments that should take about an hour to run over 3 hours is absolutely absurd.. that being said I’m not saying the doctor is a bad doc according to my mom she loves the doc just to me I have never seen a simple outpatient surgery take so long oh and as a side note they should also put a bathroom that you don’t have to ask to use like your a kid in a classroom and have to ask for a bathroom pass"
