"When I called to make an appointment, they found me one the same week. There was no waiting time. I was called right away. The visit was satisfying. My dr.Jessica Borowicz, her Assistant, and Stuff were very nice and friendly. Specially Nyesha the medical assistant extra polite and knowledgeable.Big shoutout."

"Saw Dr. Borowicz. Waited 45 minutes to be seen for ten minutes. First five minutes were talking about pre-existing conditions which were already informed about but they of course never read the file before seeing you. Anyway, totally not what I expected from a first time appointment. She was incredibly fake and was itching to get out before I opened my mouth. End result, never examined and told to buy $200 worth of products. Also a prescription was sent in and told it should be ready in an hour. Pharmacy still hasn’t received it and it’s been 12 hours. I’m not even going to bother. What a complete waste of time. I literally felt scammed and it was completely legal. Heartless is what it is. And the sad part is that nothing will change. Update: I asked for my co-pay back. Instead , they asked me to remove my review in exchange for my $35 co-pay."

"I rearranged my schedule and had to pay a $50 copay for a 5 minute appointment that should have been a phone call. They appear to be good at what they do, but they do things like that as a cash grab. Left a very bad taste in my mouth."

"I like this practice. The facility and doctors are top notch and they carry a lot of medications on hand for convenience if you don’t want to make a trip to the pharmacy. My only gripe though is the wait time. They seem to overbook and I don’t think I’ve ever not waited a considerable amount of time past my appointment time. I really wish they would address this."
