"Took my paperwork in, got blood drawn, and left. But couple days later, I called the Dr to get the results as he said we would have them the next day. After my Dr called we found out that my results were sent to another Dr that I had never heard of, not even in the same medical practice or same medical field. The Dr's names were not even close in spelling either. The addresses for the medical buildings are on opposite sides of town. Very careless and unprofessional of this facility to make a mistake like that. Why even sign hipaa forms if they are just going to send my results to a Dr I have never seen or heard of. They need to double check their work and ensure that they are inputting the correct Dr who ordered the blood work not the Dr they want to put."

"I will never use this lab again! I had lab work drawn which required a 6 week preparation which required changing my medications, and resulted in my blood pressure being very unstable. The lab did not process the specimen correctly and I have to redo the entire 6 weeks of prep again! This is unacceptable from a laboratory! Never again!"
