"I highly recommend this company. They are relatively quick with results and give you a list of contaminates tested for that is easy to understand."
"Unreliable company. I ordered a water test kit on March 20th in anticipation of validating results before getting a water softener installed. My sample arrived back at the lab on March 27th (you pay return shipping). After a series of machine and equipment breakdowns, the 5-7 business day turnaround time ultimately turned into 5-7 weeks. After several calls to customer service, I was promised a refund and was told I’d still receive my results. The results finally came a few days ago, but the accounting department was horrendous to deal with. False promises about a refund and they never returned my calls or messages. Even the customer service representatives were unclear why they were not responding. I ultimately filed a dispute with PayPal. They were also unable to get a response after 10 business days. Accordingly, they refunded my purchase. I understand hardships and malfunctions, but learn to treat your customers better. I will not be recommending them to anyone because of this."
