"It was so packed.I couldn't even get my blood work.Why can't you make a stupid appointment"
"I never have to wait long to get in.. My mom is elderly and it's very hard to get blood from her veins. The phlebotomists are very skilled and are able to get her blood without making her really uncomfortable. We don't go anywhere else for our lab work."
"I've been going to this lab for years and never had an unpleasant experience. They always treated me and my kids excellent and with care. Unfortunately this morning I felt uncomfortable as I felt unwelcome. My daughter and I are high risk for the covid19 virus, so we both had masks and face shields on. My daughter suffers from chronic anxiety disorder and unfortunately she was feeling lightheaded and dizzy about to pass out...she asked for juice or water and was told "we have none" The lady gave her a cup to drink from the tap water...moments later she throws up. This lady stepped out of the room like she was disgusted. Not once she asked if my daughter was okay. I'm glad that I was there. Afterwards, my daughter cried feeling embarrassed and upset. She does not want to come back ever. This is no way to treat a patient, especially a child with chronic anxiety. I'm very disappointed."
"I Used text feature to check in at 06:35. Got text back at 07:00 to come in. Waited over an hour. I was somehow overlooked. Ok annoying. The frustration is there is no receptionist and when I called the office number (multiple times from the waiting room) no one answers the phone. Elderly gentleman trying to use the kiosk inside to check in. Pushed the “help” button 3 different times. No one came to help. As a company - They are too lean staffing wise when you can’t get help checking/in or a phone answered. On the plus side the phlebotomist I saw did a great job. Kudos to doing a lab work well. Horrible that there is NO customer service. At. All."
